It is always nice to have stories and pictures about peoples visit to Gambia and what they did with GTS.
The Rural day is one of our most popular days, but peopel also enjoy the GTS Bar and Restaurant.
I have forwarded the email to GTS in Gambia Sheils and Ousman in th eoffice will make sure that Omar and Seedy get to see the pictures.
Incidentally Omar is one of our sponsored employees, each year we have one or two work placements for adult Gambians, who want work but just can't get a job.
Their friends sponsor them for 3 or 6 months employment, and at the end some stay on with GTS but the others get a reference from us and the futire opportunity of saying they have work experience when so many Gambians have none.
If you know a Gambia who needs employment and you can pay for them to work for 3 months minimum, please contact us.
We cannot take everyone, but we are happy to help when we can.
Omar has had a very successful few months with us as the pictures indicate.
Sponsored jobs generally run from November through to April.
